- Greet patients and visitors politely and professionally
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain patient records and update clinic databases
- Manage walk-in patients and guide them appropriately
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff
- Handle billing-related queries and basic payment coordination
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and clinic decorum
- Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
