Now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Brilliant Smiles Dentistry is a privately owned office looking for a front desk receptionist to join our growing team!
- Preferred 1+ years experience in dental or front office.
- Availability between 7 AM- 5 PM Monday and Thursday, 7 AM- 2 PM Friday.
- Ability to multi-task while providing a great patient experience.
Duties Include:
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Appointment call confirmations.
- Check in/out and scheduling.
- Customer service (answering phones, emails, and text messages).
- Cleaning and sterilizing dental operatories.
- Assisting back office as needed.
- Misc. tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring a presentable and organized office, processing patient payments, and striving to maintain a full and productive schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
