Front Desk Representative

Jenkins Landscape Company is currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Hobe Sound, FL.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcomes visitors and answers phone to serve as the initial point of contact for our office
• Performs various administrative tasks including answering emails, calendar management, scanning, filing, mailing, ordering supplies, and entering data in NetSuite and other platforms
• Creates and manages spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
• Supports all departments by translating between English and Spanish, for both verbal and written communication
• Creates a positive experience for employees and clients by answering questions, gathering information, and passing messages
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
• Experience with Quickbooks or NetSuite (preferred), Xero, Zoho, or similar software
• Professional and polite communication skills
• Attitude best characterized as self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
• Time management and organizational skills
• Written and verbal English and Spanish language skills
• Valid FL Driver's License
• 1 3 years of directly related or closely related experience preferred

• Customer service: interacting via phone, email, and in-person

• Spanish language skills (verbal and written)
• Valid Driver's License
