Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcomes visitors and answers phone to serve as the initial point of contact for our office
- Performs various administrative tasks including answering emails, calendar management, scanning, filing, mailing, ordering supplies, and entering data in NetSuite and other platforms
- Creates and manages spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Supports all departments by translating between English and Spanish, for both verbal and written communication
- Creates a positive experience for employees and clients by answering questions, gathering information, and passing messages
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
- Experience with Quickbooks or NetSuite (preferred), Xero, Zoho, or similar software
- Professional and polite communication skills
- Attitude best characterized as self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
- Time management and organizational skills
- Written and verbal English and Spanish language skills
- Valid FL Driver's License
- 1 3 years of directly related or closely related experience preferred

Experience and License Requirements
- Customer service: interacting via phone, email, and in-person
