Job Description:
We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves greeting customers, managing sales transactions, handling inquiries, scheduling repairs, and supporting sales efforts on the showroom floor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails about repairs, sales, and general inquiries.
- Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle cash or card payments.
- Provide customers with information on our products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting lawn mowers and related equipment, highlighting features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and sales area.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
⁃ Bilingual, Spanish speaking
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with email, scheduling software, and POS systems).
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and recommend products.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
