Nel ruolo di Front Desk Supervisor sarai responsabile della gestione e supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane del front desk, assicurandoti che gli ospiti ricevano un servizio eccellente e che tutte le procedure vengano seguite correttamente. Garantirai un'esperienza positiva per gli ospiti e per il buon funzionamento dell'hotel, assicurandoti che le problematiche vengano risolte tempestivamente.
