Kelseys North Guelph is looking for a Front of House Manager!
This position requires you to run the service side of our restaurant; you will be hiring and ensuring proper training of new FOH associates, create schedules, complete inventory, handle guest issues appropriately, and ensure that the FOH service runs smoothly.
You are ultimately responsible for guest satisfaction and must ensure the team is providing the best service for our Guests.
You must also facilitate a smooth line of communication between the Front and Heart of House teams.
Our ideal candidate has experience working in restaurants and preferably has spent some time in a supervisor or manager role.
Responsibilities:
-Serve our Guests
-Hire and Train FOH Associates
-Set and Maintain Schedules
-Over-see day to day operations in the FOH
-Ensure Guest Satisfaction; problem resolution
-Facilitate communication between departments
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Restaurant experience
-Supervisor Experience
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

- Guelph, ON N1H 1B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
