Restaurant Manager required.
Salary will be based on relevant experience and open to negotiations. A generous bonus scheme based on achieving sales targets is available for the right candidate.
Please only apply if you have 3+ years of relevant management experience and are available to work at least 45 hours for five shifts over seven days.
The ideal candidate will have relevant restaurant experience, a very high degree of professionalism, good initiative, great people management skills and will be an enthusiastic team player.
You must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word and computer/app savvy. While the successful candidate will be required to operate the administrative side of the restaurant they must primarily relish working on the restaurant floor interacting with customers and staff. They must be willing to learn every aspect of working in our restaurant, and be open to learning new skills and taking direction from senior management. The successful candidate will be expected to drive sales and display initiative.
