Description:
The San Telmo Group began in 2011 with the opening of San Telmo and has since grown into a group of five venues across Melbourne: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata. Each restaurant has its own identity, but all are united by a passion for great hospitality, quality produce and cooking over fire.
We’re currently looking for Front of House Supervisors to join our growing businesses at Pastuso and Robata.
What you'll do
Lead service on the floor and support FOH teams during busy shifts
Recruit, coach and develop FOH staff
Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures for the venue
