Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Führung des Rezeptionsteams inkl. Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung und Dienstplangestaltung
  • Persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste von Check-in bis Check-out inkl. Reservierungen, Abrechnungen und Gästekommunikation
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung unserer Servicestandards an der Reception
  • Rechnungsstellung und Debitorenkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen, herzlichen Services - jedes Detail zählt
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Zimmer und Koordination mit allen Hotelbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen – Ihre Ideen sind gefragt
  • Flexibler Einsatz, auch an Wochenenden

Was wir uns von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Entweder mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Reception vergleichbarer Hotels oder bereits Erfahrung in der Position Empfangsleitung
  • Freude am Beruf
  • Gastorientiertes Denken
  • Gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch. Weitere Fremdsprachen (speziell Französisch) von Vorteil
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office Programmen Word und Excel. Kenntnisse des PMS Protel von Vorteil.
