Full Time Assistant Cake Baker

Job Scope:

• Making Fillings, ganache, fudge and buttercream
• Production of cakes, cupcakes,
• Layering of cakes
• Frosting of cakes with different techniques
• Layering of buttercream and fresh cream cakes
• Frosting & decorating of buttercream and fresh cream cakes based on client’s requirements
• Decoration of customised cake based on client’s requirements
• Monitor and reduce food wastage
• Any other duties as assigned
• Following head baker instruction

Requirements:

• 5/6 days alternate work week
• Responsible and a great team player
• Able to keep the work station neat and tidy at all times
• Highly motivated
• Basic decorating and pastry skills with prior experience working in bakery or have WSQ diploma in pastry and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in cake decorating

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
