Ø12 Coffee and Eatery is looking for a Barista with minimum 1 year of experience.

We are looking for someone experienced in latte art who can keep a clear head when things move fast. Solid knowledge of the espresso machine and how to treat it properly in order to deliver consistently high quality coffee is required. The role also involves regular interaction with customers and providing a welcoming service experience.

You will be joining a very socially active team, with a frequent staff parties and get together activities.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing shifts
• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages during service
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and well maintained work environment
• Taking orders and handling payments accurately
• Taking care of all areas of the café and supporting the team where needed

Coffee:
We are coffee geeks, and you will be working with the best equipment in the industry (We have the KB90 from La Marzocco), serving top coffee from around the world.

We combine very high quality standards with a very fast paced service environment, meaning that attention to detail, consistency, and respect for the craft are just as important as speed and efficiency. Even during busy services, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are never compromised, and every cup is prepared with care while keeping the flow moving smoothly.

Service:

As a barista you also actively contribute to daily operations and provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout each shift.
