Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our vibrant team at Dash@Dags, a fast-paced, customer-focused drive-thru café.

This is a permanent, full-time position (not suitable for temporary or summer-only availability). Candidates must be available to start with full flexibility during weekdays and weekends.

About the Role:

As a Barista at Dash@Dags, you'll be at the heart of our operation—creating quality coffee and delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your hospitality and customer service skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Specialty coffee experience is essential – you’re confident with a coffee machine and know what makes a great coffee.
• Proven experience in a busy café, barista, or retail environment.
• A genuine passion for customer service with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible schedule – weekend availability may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.00-€15.00 per hour
