At The Darnley Lodge Hotel we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in every aspect of our service. We are currently seeking a Full Time Bar Staff Member to join our Food & Beverage team and help elevate the experience at our Darnley Lounge and Darnley Suite/Ballroom. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in bar and food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience at all times
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, with efficiency and flair
- Taking orders and serving food to guests in the Darnley Lounge
- Operation of tills and handling of money
- Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations and team coordination
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies
- Assist with stock control
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
