Role And Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through first class leadership and a constant drive to execute.
• Establish and maintain protocol in delivering consistent product from the kitchen.
• Participation in menu collaboration with Owner and culinary team.

Requirements:

• Evening and Weekend availability.
• First Class Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal and written communication with team members.
• Adaptable to the personality traits amongst team members.
• Presentable to guests and team members alike.
• High energy with proven ability to achieve goals.
• Ability to learn all prep and service techniques.
• Strong problem solving with aims to constantly improve performance.

Hiring Wage: $18 per hour PLUS Tips

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
