The Eyre Square Hotel would like to invite applicants to join the Merchant Restaurant and Bar Team. We provide customers with appropriate service in a polite, efficient and friendly manner.
We offer creative cocktails, Live Weekend Music and a Casual Dining Experience. Situated in Galway City Centre with easy access, Uniform provided, Meals on Duty and a friendly positive team ethos and fast paced environment
You will be able to handle customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow-up action ensuring all customers leave with a positive experience. Demonstrate knowledge of products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner.
The Role:
We currently have a full time RestaurantSupervisor position available. Full-time positions will require candidates to work 40 hours per week ( 4/5 days over 7) This position will require the individual to be flexible in their roster availability.
Main Duties:
- Supervisory duties in the Merchant Bar.
- Stock, Billing and Cash Control
- Providing great customer service to our guests at all times.
- Being a team-player and adding personality to our operation
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a High Volume Drinks/Beverage role with Cocktail and Wine experience essential
- Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
