FULL-TIME LUXURY SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a full-time Luxury Sales Associate with proven high-end retail experience and a strong track record in driving sales.

This role requires someone confident, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and maximise sales through exceptional service and styling expertise
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Develop deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, jewellery, accessories and giftware
• Maintain impeccable in-store presentation and visual standards
• Support stock management and daily operational tasks
• Contribute to a refined and welcoming in-store atmosphere

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in high-end or luxury retail (minimum 2–3 years)
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Confidence in closing sales and building client loyalty
• A genuine interest in contemporary designer fashion
• A polished, professional presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Energy, drive and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
