Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers warmly and efficiently
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input into POS system
• Communicate confidently with kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area at all times
• Handle customer requests, feedback and issues with a positive attitude
• Process payments and manage bills confidently
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general setup of the restaurant
• Work collaboratively in a small, hands-on team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
• A team player who enjoys a family-style, supportive environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
