Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is TIPPED position and is reflected in the pay range. I am looking for someone motivated who would potentially grow into a more involved management position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments using cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Skills:
- Experience with cash register operations
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide top-notch service
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculation
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
