We are looking for a leader in motivation, training and analytics to join our team as a Sales Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in employee development and sales growth.

Duties:
- Implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing, training, and developing sales staff
- Ability to supervise a team effectively, providing guidance and support as needed

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
