Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced GeM Operator to manage our operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling GeM portal activities including bidding, order management, invoice uploading, and related tasks. Additionally, the candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to maintain and manage order records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all activities on the GeM portal including bidding, tender participation, uploading invoices, and managing orders.
- Track, update, and maintain order history and records in Excel.
- Monitor tenders, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure timely submission.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of GeM transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in all portal activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working on the GeM portal (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (basic data sorting, records management, reporting).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
