General Dentist Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to improving patients' oral health. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry as well as proficiency in various specialized areas such as oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics using clear aligners and prosthodontics. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a welcoming environment.

Duties

• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental issues
• Perform routine and complex dental procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to provide comprehensive care
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in general dentistry practices, Invisalign certified is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
