About the Role

We’re seeking a General Hand to join our team at Kooba – Bringagee Farm, located 30 minutes from Griffith, NSW. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of day-to-day farming activities, including operating machinery, irrigation, and general property maintenance. You’ll play an important part in supporting safe and efficient farm operations across seasonal programs.

Key duties include:
Operating tractors and other machinery for field preparation, planting, spraying, and harvest work.
Assisting with irrigation activities and routine system checks.
Carrying out farm maintenance, including fencing, equipment upkeep, and repairs.
Supporting crop production and contributing to general farm improvements.

Skills and Experiences:
About you
You’re practical, reliable, and take pride in contributing to the success of the team. You enjoy physical, hands-on work and are open to learning new skills in a supportive environment.

Ideal skills and experience include:
Previous experience in farm work or outdoor labour.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
A current driver’s licence (essential).
Permanent Australian working rights (essential).
