Role Summary: The General Labour/ Packager is responsible to prepare bulk products for packaging and shipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Manual Labor: Place or pour products into containers, using hand tools and equipment and load up windshield washer fluid into bottles and totes. Pack and check items before wrapping to ensure proper condition. Seal and label containers in preparation for delivery. Load up goods on pallets or shipping boxes for distribution. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Execute quality tests as required. Participate in inventory tasks. Follow all safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment and handle hazardous products safely. Participate in continuous health and safety training and activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Location: Must live in Hearst, Ontario, or nearby areas. In-person position only; no possibility of working from home or hybrid.

Typical schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm every Monday- Friday. May include evenings, weekends, and occasional work on statutory holidays if necessary.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

License and Certification: Valid class G driver’s license required. 

Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting and/ or moving product up to 50 lbs.

Experience: Familiar with general warehouse activities. Physically able to perform manual labour, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.

Additional abilities: Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
