Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as directed.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor techniques is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices in the workplace.

Pay: $16.48-$27.92 per hour
