Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment

- Oversee inventory control and ordering to optimize stock levels and minimize waste

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and ensure consistent quality

- Utilize POS systems to track sales, analyze data, and make informed business decisions

- Lead by example, fostering a positive work culture and providing guidance to assistant managers and staff

- Coordinate banquet events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on hospitality

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in inventory control systems and procedures

- Culinary background or understanding is preferred but not required
