We at Diomedes limited are looking for an enthuasiastic General Manager to manage the day to day operations of our Centre.
The Position is Monday to Friday forty five hours per week. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following,
- Managing staff rosters and ensure the centre is adequately staffed at all times
- Insure all compliance documentation is in order and report to senior management
- Insure Fire Compliance, Child Safeguarding, Health and Safety is all in order
- Liaise with third party stakeholder and government bodies
- Engage and assist residents with needs and requirements
- Maintain the building and schedule all maintenance requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years management experience working in a similar role. Social care/ health care preferred must have experience working will vulnerable adults and children. Successful candidates will receive full induction and training from senior management.
