Shoreline Hospitality Group, proud operators of The Mariner, Via Emilia, and Trattoria Amalfi in Mystic, Connecticut, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about food and beverage service and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous and proactive leader, capable of overseeing daily operations with the mindset and accountability of running their own restaurant.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting,
or
- At least three (3) years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams
- Strong operational knowledge and a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
