The role will champion the Group’s Total Solution offering — covering Machines, Chemicals, Service, and Digital products — while driving market awareness, increasing margin, and sustainably expanding the customer base across Ireland, effectively engaging all relevant routes to market within the Irish sector.
In addition, the role will have full responsibility for the leadership, performance management, and development of the Irish technical team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, technical competence, and customer satisfaction across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a territory strategy to increase sales, margin and market penetration.
- Manage and grow distributor, dealer and consultant relationships, providing training, product demonstrations and joint customer visits.
- Identify and onboard new partners and support specification growth through design houses and consultants.
- Engage with end users, procurement teams and hospitality groups, conducting site surveys and recommending suitable solutions.
- Lead commercial proposals and negotiations, ensuring accuracy and protection of margin.
- Work closely with Internal Sales, CAD, Service, Technical and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and strong customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Irish technical team to deliver high-quality installation, service, and aftersales support.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years’ business development/sales experience in foodservice equipment, hospitality, or a related B2B technical sector.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of distributor networks and indirect routes to market.
- Good technical aptitude and CRM knowledge.
- Self-starter able to manage a large territory independently.
- Full UK/Irish driving licence.
- People Management experience.
Benefits

25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
Pension, Life Assurance, EAP and employee discounts
Full-time, Monday to Friday
