As a General Operative, you will support the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects and services across commercial and residential projects. This hands-on position will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions, contributing to planting, grass seeding, mulching, and general landscape maintenance, mixing concrete, prepping paving areas. while ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship are maintained at all time.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Previous experience as a general operative/labourer (min. 2 years) necessary
• Current Safe Pass & Manual Handling
• CSCS tickets such as Excavator, Site Dumper, Telehandler, or Slinger (preferred but not essential)
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• High level of English fluency is a necessity

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction including mixing, ground prep, and site upkeep
• Carry out general landscaping maintenance duties including planting, grass seeding, mulching, and weeding
• Unload deliveries and handle materials safely
• Operate in line with health & safety requirements at all times
• Support crew members to complete daily site tasks efficiently

Job Type:

• Full-time.
• Part-Time opportunity available for the right candidate

Expected hours:

• No less than 40 hrs per week (Mon-Fri)
• Monday to Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM core hours)
• Overtime opportunities, including occasional Saturday work

• Own transport i.e. car/van/bike required to get to site. Company vehicles will be used for work purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
