The Role
We are currently seeking General Operatives to join our busy production facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and looking to build a long-term career in the food manufacturing industry.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure our products are produced, packed, and handled to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation, packing, and labelling of products
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in line with food safety regulations
• Follow all company procedures relating to health & safety and hygiene
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Strong work ethic with good reliability and timekeeping
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
