Banada Health is a busy, friendly general practice dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to our local community. We pride ourselves on a warm, patient-centred approach and a supportive team environment. We're now looking for a part-time Practice Nurse to join us.

About the Role

As our Practice Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering a wide range of clinical services to patients of all ages, working closely with our GPs and administrative staff to ensure smooth, high-standard care.

Key Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD, cardiovascular health)
• Wound care, dressings, and suture removal
• Vaccinations and immunisations (childhood, travel, flu, etc.)
• Cervical screening (CervicalCheck trained/willing to train)
• Phlebotomy and routine bloods
• ECGs, spirometry, and other diagnostic testing
• Health checks, screening, and lifestyle advice
• Ear syringing, injections, and minor procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient records in line with GDPR and best practice
• Supporting infection control and health & safety standards within the practice

What We're Looking For

• NMBI-registered General Nurse
• Previous experience in general practice, community, or primary care preferred
• Up-to-date clinical skills; relevant post-registration training (e.g. immunisation, phlebotomy) an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A caring, patient-focused approach
