Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Manage receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper stock control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are stored safely and warehouse space is properly organized.
• Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse records, documents, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, production, transport, and other departments.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, returned, or expired goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
