Job Overview:

Carp Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth dispatch coordination. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can lead a small warehouse team and ensure efficient material handling.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on the candidate’s skills, efficiency, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock & Inventory Management: Manage inward and outward stock movements, maintain daily inventory records, and conduct periodic physical stock audits.
• Dispatch Management: Supervise loading and unloading to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and stock registers.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and secure to prevent material damage and stock discrepancies.
• Batch & Expiry Control: Follow FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures to minimize expiry-related losses and material wastage.
• Cold Chain & Temperature Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate storage conditions for diagnostic reagents and test kits, including 2°C–8°C refrigeration, deep-freezer storage, and room-temperature storage, as specified by the manufacturer.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–8 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Technical: Working knowledge of MS Excel or billing/inventory software.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and leadership ability.
• Must be physically fit to handle warehouse supervision duties.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in trading or diagnostic supply companies.
• Understanding of transportation and dispatch coordination.
