Location: Google Store, Google European Head Office, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4
Responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer service to all customers (‘Googlers’, their business and personal guests. No public walk-ins).
Keep up to date with knowledge of the products we sell in store.
Represent Brand Addition and Google in a professional and positive manner.
Work alongside management and Brand Addition office teams’ towards achieving sales targets whilst helping to run a cost-efficient store.
Personal Attributes:
A strong communicator with the ability to establish a rapport with customers and the rest of the team, being friendly and open.
Demonstrate a positive, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the business.
Show initiative, flair and creativity – work hard but make it fun!
Have the ability to work without being supervised and directed and multi-task.
Experience
Experience in the retail industry – or willing to learn.
Place of work: Google European Head Office, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4
Store Hours: 9.00 - 5.30, Monday to Friday.
As a vendor in Google, you are allowed access to the on-site Google employee facilities i.e. restaurants, gym, swimming pool.
