Early Childhood Educator - Grade 1 Teacher

The Role

As our Grade 1 teacher, you will:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our curriculum
• Create a positive learning environment that supports each child's development
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices
• Introduce age-appropriate activities that make learning enjoyable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (Education background preferred but not required)
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
• Patient, energetic, and creative approach to teaching
• Willingness to experiment with innovative teaching methods
