We are a well-established, purpose-built Childcare Centre and one of the largest Crèches in Galway, employing 25 staff across 7 childcare rooms. We operate to consistently high standards and welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates. The minimum qualification required is a Level 7 in Childcare.

Job Role:

• To assist in the planning and implementation of an age-appropriate stimulating programme of activities which will enhance the children’s natural growth and development.
• To work in harmony with other Team members and the Manager.
• To act as a key worker to specified children.
• To, guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
• To effectively communicate with parents.
• To ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained always in the service at all times.
• To ensure the policies and procedures of the service are followed at all times.

Flexible working hours: Shifts vary day to day, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and finish times between 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., offering a balance of early finishes and later starts.

We are located 7kms from Galway City Centre on a regular Bus Route- 409.
