How Can You Help?
As Houzeo grows, we're looking for talented graphic designers to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating clean and modern designs, typography, and vector illustrations, this role is for you. You’ll be creating graphics for an American audience in the real estate niche.
Objectives Of This Role
Work on various projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
● Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials, including PPC ads, blog graphics, white papers, and social media posts.
● Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
● Create templates for different content, social media, and YouTube projects.
● Understand American audiences to make content relevant for the U.S.A. real estate market Required skills and qualifications
● Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Desire to continue building skill set with education and training Preferred skills and qualifications
● One or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
● A portfolio of inspiring creative work with a clear sense of design and aesthetic (layout, color, typography)
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
● Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Canva, Corel Draw

Additional Skills:
● Attention to Detail: You must maintain consistency in format and ensure all elements in the graphic are error-free.
● Clear Communication: You must be able to confer advice and suggestions from clients/team members, as well as understand what they want.
● Deadline-Oriented: You must implement changes and feedback promptly.
● Teamwork Skills: Designers must be able to collaborate and get along with the rest of the team.
● Time Management: You will often be juggling multiple projects at once.
● Bonus: Knowledge of core real estate concepts and the ability to translate concepts into design strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
