• 12 Month, full-time contract based from Ellerslie with the flexibility of hybrid working.

We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer who’s excited to shape the visual voice of some of the world’s most loved brands at Mars.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the creation of content that connects with consumers across digital, shopper, and eCommerce channels.

From eye-catching social media assets to in-store visuals, your work will help bring our marketing calendar to life with purpose and polish.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in design or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in agency, production, or in-house creative teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands and projects with ease and confidence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-designers.
• A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for creativity and quality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the creative force behind content execution for a portfolio of iconic Mars brands.
• Own and manage design projects from concept to delivery—across digital, print, video, and eCommerce.
• Collaborate closely with brand, shopper, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Balance in-house design work with external agency collaboration for maximum impact.
• Ensure all creative is on-brand, legally sound, and delivered to deadline.
• Use performance insights to continuously optimise content effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders on content best practices.
