Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing social media content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital trends—especially in the real estate market. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design high-converting graphics that promote property listings, company news, market insights, and client testimonials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for daily/weekly social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create visuals for property listings, open house promotions, client success stories, and branded content
• Develop templates and design systems to maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign ideas and visual content planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices
• Edit photos of real estate properties to enhance visual appeal
• Design occasional assets for stories, reels, ads, email headers, and website banners
• Ensure timely delivery of content in line with marketing calendars

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably for real estate or social media marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media designs
• Good understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Photography or video editing skills (a plus)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
