Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create visually appealing designs and produce high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should be quick, efficient, and capable of working under tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality. You will work across marketing, social media, and product-driven creative needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital design assets such as banners, social media posts, ads, presentations, and campaign creatives.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website use.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand brand objectives and translate them visually.
• Repurpose raw footage into engaging content with graphics, subtitles, transitions, and audio enhancements.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design and video formats.
• Deliver multiple concepts quickly and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or fast-paced environment preferred).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work.
• Proficiency in:
• Graphic Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma
• Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to edit audio, apply subtitles, and create simple motion graphics.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Advantageous)

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects/Blender).
• Basic animation experience for reels and explainer content.
• UI/UX understanding for brand and product screens.
• Experience creating template systems for faster output.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,637.80 - ₹36,076.36 per month
