Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who will play a key role in shaping TruckMitr’s visual identity. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging graphics, videos, and motion content that connects with India’s trucking community across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms
• Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations for marketing and social media
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling creatives
• Edit videos with proper color correction, sound syncing, transitions, and effects
• Create branding materials such as banners, posters, social media creatives, and presentations
• Maintain visual consistency in line with TruckMitr’s brand guidelines
• Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Experiment with new design trends and creative ideas to engage drivers and partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor
• Strong proficiency in design and video editing tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of motion graphics, storytelling, and visual communication
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating social media and digital marketing content
• Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus
• Experience creating explainer videos or brand videos
• Basic understanding of sound design and visual effects
