Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate is a visual thinker with a flair for clean design and impactful storytelling—across both static and video formats.

You will work closely with our marketing, content, and social media teams to develop creative concepts, maintain brand consistency, and bring ideas to life across all digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design

• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, brochures, and other digital/print materials.
• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and deliver fresh visual ideas.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all design outputs.
• Design static elements for video content (thumbnails, overlays, end screens, etc.).

Video Editing

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, campaigns, and events.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, subtitles, and sound effects.
• Cut raw footage into clean, professional videos with strong storytelling.
• Enhance visual quality through basic color grading and audio syncing.

General

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design/video trends, tools, and platform best practices.
• Manage multiple design/video projects with quick turnaround times.
• Maintain an organized library of assets, files, and backups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor (Portfolio or showreel required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and video editing principles.
• Knowledge of social media design/video formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Basic UI/UX design understanding.
• Photography or camera-handling skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong portfolio and/or video showreel demonstrating creativity and range.
