About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Video Content Creator & Marketing Designer. In this role, you’ll develop engaging educational and promotional content that highlights our global medical coaching programs and supports our mission of helping healthcare professionals succeed in global exams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit educational and promotional videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Design marketing and learning materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, flyers, business cards, email templates, etc
• Capture both studio-style and on-location content — including student testimonials, class highlights, and faculty messages — with attention to lighting, composition, and sound quality.
• Edit and enhance video content using music, captions, animations, and effects to make learning more engaging and accessible.
• Optimize videos and creatives for different formats and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay current with trends in educational content, video storytelling, and social media marketing.
• Organize and manage video equipment, raw footage, and design assets for efficient project delivery.
• Ensure all visual materials are consistent with brand identity and educational objectives across social media, email, web, and print.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva (or similar tools).
• Demonstrated experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing (portfolio or examples required).
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense of visual storytelling.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,126.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
