About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and proficiency in creating engaging graphics and video content tailored for luxury real estate, lifestyle, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design visually stunning marketing materials — including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and web assets.
• Develop consistent brand identity and visual style across all touchpoints.
• Create infographics, icons, and layouts for both print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals.

Video Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain a consistent color grading and brand aesthetic across all video content.
• Assist in planning, shooting, and directing video content when required.

Creative Strategy

• Contribute ideas for new visual campaigns and brand storytelling concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and visual marketing innovations.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet deadlines and brand quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in design and video editing (real estate or luxury industry experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and editing skills.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Optional: Lightroom, Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Understanding of social media content trends and platform requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Photography or videography skills are a plus.
• Experience with motion design and 3D elements.
• Knowledge of real estate, luxury brands, or influencer-style content aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling sense.
