Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphics & Animation Designer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and video production. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic skills, technical expertise across industry-standard software, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs and animations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality 2D & 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital media, marketing campaigns, films, and corporate content
• Create engaging graphics and animations for videos, social media, advertisements, presentations, and branding projects
• Develop 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings for various projects
• Edit and enhance video content including color grading, transitions, and visual effects
• Perform sound editing and synchronization to ensure high-quality audio-visual output
• Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools

Required Skills & Software Expertise

The candidate must have strong working experience in the following tools:

• Blender
• Autodesk Maya
• 3ds Max
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Sound Editing Tools (Audition, Pro Tools, or equivalent)
• Other relevant graphics, animation, and post-production tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphics design, animation, and video production
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D animation, video editing, and visual storytelling
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, composition, color theory, lighting, and rendering
• Experience in sound editing and audio enhancement
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred / Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with VFX, compositing, and cinematic animations
• Knowledge of UI animations, AR/VR, or game assets
• Familiarity with branding and marketing design
• Experience working with international clients or agencies
