The Role

We are seeking a highly creative, time-effective, and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker who can translate marketing objectives into visually stunning and impactful designs across various digital and print platforms while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Design: Develop and execute highly creative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital assets (websites, social media, email campaigns, display ads, etc.) and occasional print materials (brochures, reports, etc.).
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs maintain strict adherence to client and WebX Digital brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color, typography, and visual language.
• Project Management & Efficiency: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Feedback & Iteration: Receive, interpret, and effectively incorporate constructive feedback into design revisions, iterating quickly to finalize deliverables.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, and production files.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, technologies, and best practices in graphic and web design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably within a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse, and current portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, and technical proficiency across digital media.
• Software Proficiency (Must-Have): Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a significant plus.
• Creativity: Proven ability to generate original, fresh, and impactful design ideas that solve client problems and engage target audiences.
• Time Management & Effectiveness: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality, polished designs quickly and accurately.
• Communication: Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of design principles for web (UI/UX basics, responsiveness) and digital marketing (optimal sizing, file formats).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
