Job Summary

As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to our recipes and high standards. You’ll ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly, and that the quality of each dish meets our customers' expectations.

Hiring for TWO Locations: Charlotte, NC 28206 and Mooresville, NC 28117

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes following recipe specifications
• Ensure portion control and minimize food waste
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Assist in food prep for special events or new menu items

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus
