Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at Lamplighter Acres. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our community grounds, ensuring a pleasant environment for all residents. Your contributions will be vital in upholding the standards of our manufactured home community.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the community.
- Manage lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control.
- Oversee groundskeeping tasks to ensure clean and safe outdoor areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in all aspects of growndskeeping, and seasonal clean-up.
Requirements
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
