Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for implementing field-level activities, monitoring project progress, collecting data, and engaging with community members or stakeholders. The role involves frequent travel, on-site assessments, reporting, and ensuring that programs or operations are carried out efficiently and according to guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate project activities.
- Liaise with local stakeholders, community members, or partners.
- Collect, compile, and submit field data and reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
- Provide support in planning and organizing field operations or events.
- Identify challenges or issues in the field and report them for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, attendance, or inventory (if applicable).
- Act as a point of contact between the organization and the community.
- Participate in training, workshops, or meetings as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
