We are looking for a Dutch Growth Associate who will work in Vienna.

Do you want to help shape the energy market and leave a real mark on Europe's energy transition? As Growth Associate (Austria or Netherlands), you will play a pivotal role in scaling our local presence. Help make trawa the leader in the European market. You will be one of the first two people on the ground in your market (Vienna (AT) or Amsterdam (NL)), working side-by-side with our Country Lead to build trawa’s presence from scratch and turn us into the go-to energy provider for mid-sized companies.
In close collaboration with the Country Lead and our central Commercial teams, you will:
Help shape and implement the local market-entry strategy: Work closely with your Country Lead and central leadership to prioritise customer segments, refine our value proposition for the local context, and translate strategic decisions into concrete GTM experiments and playbooks
Execute go-to-market initiatives end-to-end: Work with our specialist teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to run campaigns: from lead generation to onboarding and account management of the first local customers
Act as a local “market builder” and channel pioneer: Identify, test, and build new acquisition channels in your country from “0 to 1” – then help hand them over to central or local teams for scaling from “1 to 100” with a solid channel strategy
Support and localise our brand & communication: Adapt our messaging to the Dutch / Austrian SME market, ensuring it resonates with local decision-makers. Coordinate and manage external partners and agencies where relevant, all while defining our local target audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Europe: Act as a critical interface between your local market and our teams in Berlin (Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech). Share market feedback and best practices with other country teams as we expand across Europe
Who we are looking for
1–2 years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, GTM Strategy, B2B Sales / Sales Operations or related high-paced fields
Strong motivation to learn and grow with responsibility in a setting with little bureaucracy and fast feedback cycles
Experience working in cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams
Passion for work with external stakeholders and a strong sense for interpersonal dynamics and relationship building
Commercial saviness and strong drive to enter and win over a new market while competing with larger market incumbents
Analytical mindset and fast grasp of complex topics, with interest in working on data-based commercial questions
Structured, proactive way of working and high standards for the quality of your output
Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and convincingly to both internal and external audiences
Willingness to temporary start in Berlin for onboarding (accommodation supported) and then fully locate to the respective country (Vienna or Amsterdam )
Language Fluency (both spoken and written): English and German / Dutch respectively
